Love this! Jigsaw puzzles are my stress relief. I have a lot of zen moments doing them. Thanks for sharing some new ideas!

I love jigsaw puzzles too, but may have to give them up. While I am asleep the cats knock pieces on the floor and the dog chews them beyond recognition.

Great list!!! I’ve done a few of these things from time to time. But in the last month and a half, I’ve been very sick. Each day I become stronger and my desire to become more active is getting the best of me. I know I need to listen to my body and give it time to bounce back from Covid19 — but I want to be active, doing what I enjoy doing and spending time with family.

Writing blogs is about all I can muster up at this point and even doing that, is difficult at times as I struggle to get my thoughts from my head to the paper/computer. It just zaps my energy levels…

I suppose I should start a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter who is a new mommy this year…

Self care is a priority right now as you return to health. It’s okay to not push yourself and just do little things. I hope you feel back to normal soon.
